Not giving me all my minutes

I invested $53.00 to get a 1000 moments on friday 11-14th 2008 approximately 3:00pm and on sunday 11-16th 2008 the support was stop! 1000minutes wasn't employed and that I am really upset about sensation as if I had been scammed! I'd appreciate if your organization might consider this or I'll no further conduct business along with you. This in my experience is definitely an outrage since I actually donot possess the cash to discard such as this. So please correct this out asap. Karen ford
