Shock City Cellular
Early Termination results in a double jeopardy fee - payable to the service provider (verizon) and the vendor (shock city cellular) Minneapolis

I had a contract with Verizon that I was defaulting on because of extenuating circumstances. Verizon agreed to work with me and reinstate my service and recend a ETF, if I paid my balance in full. I agreed to pay on a specefic date. One day before my payment was to be processed. Shock city cellular abruptly withdrew more than $300 out of my account. I did not recieve a bill or a notice to inform me of this occurence. They pushed my account into overdraft and negating my ability to pay Verizon the balance I owed to them.

I called Shock city cellular and explained the situation to them. They returned the $300 into my account. I followed up with asking them to pay for the re-instated ETF that Verizon had charged me for not paying my balance on the designated date. Shock city told me that I would need to restore service with them if I wanted them to take care of the ETF. Being dissatisfied with the service, I said "I will not have service with shock city cellular again." They reinstated their $300 fee (and) collection fees and sent it to collections. Now im being called by collections almost every day on weekends, nights, and at work.

Oh. And as far as contracts go; I did not sign their Wireless Equipment Purchase Agreement, what I did sign was a "stub" authroizing a credit card charge. Which I assumed was for the phone/plan payment.
