Company claimed they could provide telephone service from my home. I spent $100 charged to my credit card for the service. When I called to activate the service I was put on hold for many hours. I tried for two weeks to activate the service with no luck. Since then, I ordered service with Verizon. Prepaid online refuses to refund the $100 or apply the amount to another product. So, basically, Prepaid Online just made $100 for doing nothing and providing no service.
