Signed up with Airtel for $55 US phone card for international calling in July end. The telemarketer called my home phone number from Noida, India. He charged my credit card with "Airtel USA COM" and kept on calling me at my home for a month. And keep on asking me about the problems I'm facing with this phone card / services.
During Sept 1st week another telemarketer from airtel called up and informed me that the previous telemarketer has left the company and now I can check the customer service at airtelusa.com.
When I last called the international call the balance was around $40 US. Since last 2 weeks their coustmer care phone number 877-261-4441,866-622-0749 does not work and the phone message says the phone number is not in service.
Trying to reach this " airtelusa.com" website, unfortunately it does not work.
Previously, I was using this phone card as pin less service on 416-800-1541.
