Ripoff did not help in correcting dupilate account or in refunding credit to my account

Bought a computer June 16,02 and signed up for msn internet service. Account was dupilated by store on set up date. Store said they fixed. On credit card bill charged twice for service. Called store and told straighten out. Dupilate charge on bill for 4 months.

Called msn myself and told the problem. They canceled dupilation but charged me $328.52 for canceling. Told Best Buy would have to submit the correct form for me to get my bill credited.

Have talked to manager Mark Crandell several times. Was assured it would be fixed. That's 4 credits of $21.95 plus canalation charge. Got bill this month, now am back to 2 charges for $21.95. On top of this credit card has now charged me over-limit fee of $29. This is not straightened out. This is making me a gray headed woman. Please help!
