I gave the company 350 dollars over the course of three years to use their services to play an online roleplaying game. When i butted heads with one of their best friends who also plays the game, the girl got the game directer to block my account from the server. When i asked the reason why i was blocked, they said "we have the right to block anyone we want, whenever we want, for whatever reason we want."
The girl that they are supporting not only has hacked into their database to create super strong "characters" with items found nowhere else in the game, she has also destroyed other peoples characters by killing them in the game, and abused bugs on the service, but she also plaguerized an art entry in their monthy contests. She won the contest with this false entry, and when the company was told it was plaguerized, she retained the award, but the piece was taken off the site.
They will not return my letters. She has done this to many players on the game. The billing company for Nexon, Inc recently forced them to block her own account because she was using a stolen credit card to pay for her use of the game.
THEY STILL WONT UNBLOCK MY ACCOUNT, which took me three years to develop, and on it is the strongest female martial artist in the game.
I not only was abused by this company, but by the person involved as well. She recently tracked me down to the college where i was studying and called the police there saying i should be expelled for HARASSMENT online.
