Overbilled by Metro PCS, and never compensated!

I have been a City PCS customer for several years, and am today shocked to discover that not just do they not care at-all that I've been an extended-period and faithful client, however they don't appear to treatment at-all about their clients.

I had been treated terribly with a supervisor when discussing my statement. I am really annoyed and need to get payment for my "inconveniences" (their words).

What occurred: In April, I'd TWO telephone that continued one plan having a $10 discount for that telephone about the next strategy.in April, my statement was settled TWICE (in error), but nevertheless, after I discovered that two funds were created on my consideration, I established using the City PCS repetition that my telephone support could be compensated and continuous for that month of April and also the month of May. That made sense in my experience.

Then on May 9th, I eliminated my next telephone since I no further required it, and that I had a need to reduce my statement.

While June arrived around, I obtained the written text message informing me the total amount I owed for my the following month of support. It mentioned that my statement quantity was just $28.98 — I believed the cause it had been therefore reduced was since I eliminated my next telephone, plus they had clearly released a credit in my experience. I actually had the shop where I had been producing my payment-call to verify this quantity was actually appropriate. Yes, they said it had been.

While June rolled around, I anticipated my statement to return towards the regular anticipated quantity of $59, but was really amazed once the text from Metro mentioned I owed $82! What? I named Metro right away and described that used to do not believe this statement quantity was proper at-all, and also the repetition explained that I had been right, actually. She recommended me to dismiss that text which the particular quantity I owed was $59. She informed when I settled this quantity, my statement could be compensated entirely and my support wouldn't be disturbed.

Reduced and see, 24 hours later, my telephone was TURN OFF! I really couldnot think it! I named Metro and went around in groups having a really rude supervisor for AN HOUR OR SO. Ultimately, he quit me without any genuine description for this over-charged quantity, and he explained that possibly I really could spend the stability or consider my business elsewhere.

Since I Have needed my telephone immediately, I settled the total amount. But I still believe I had been totally cheated.

I spoke to some repetition again today to determine what might be completed about that problem, and he or she explained that since I eliminated my phone in May, I dropped the $10 discount about the next telephone, which I'd "underpaid" my statement in July (though it was established by City the $28 quantity was proper)

I asked for that phone number towards the corporate workplace, plus they couldn't supply me with one. They might just supply me having a PO Box address where I really could create a notice.

They did not care that I had been provided "incorrect" info. I still believe I had been overbilled, and till somebody could make sense of the in my experience, I'm mad with Metro PCS. It is apparent they don't worry about their clients. "Sorry for the trouble" doesn't reduce it for me personally. I do want to be paid for this, and that I want to understand just how to contact Metro Computers corporate workplace to document a
