Purchased laptop computer in 2000 through Dell Corporate Program financed by Dell Financial Services. Dell sent extra components I did not order so I sent them back. I paid for the laptop in full. However, my account was never credited for the returns (extra components they sent. I have been hounded for 8yrs by statements for a $132.00 credit. I have written several letters, called and tried to resolve this balance but to no avail. Talked to Rose who transferrred me to Brian who talked to his manager, Mike, who was too busy to talk to me, who referred me to Customer Care who sent me through phone menu again then talked to James who transferred me to Gloria, who transferred me back to Mike who suggested that I write Customer Care. Four letter latter still no answer from Customer Care, so I called back spoke to Christian, then Nina who transferred me to Terrence who tried to transfer me to "Special Handling Team" who were conveniently in a meeting for the next 2hrs and was told to call back again sometime... Buyer beware... Still trying to get this one resolved off my credit report.
