Did not give me my $100 credit... Charged me for bills I already paid

Last month, I paid my Verizon bill[phone/internet] and added an extra $100 by mistake. They said they could re-instate it on my credit card, so they would add the $100 to a credit for me. They did not do that. I am still being charged for bills I have paid in full. I went to their website and spoke with an online rep. Who my current bill for $272.18 is actually only $34.59. When I asked her why it said I owed so much, she would not answer me. Also, I added unlimited long distance, only to find out it was not unlimited. This company need alot of work done on the inside. They are getting on my last nerve. They still refuse to pay me what they truly owe me. Beware of them!!
