In November I purchased a Sony 46" LCDtelevision from Fry's and purchased an extended warranty for three years. Last month the television broke, I attempted to get Fry's to repair it under the warranty. Despite numerous calls to all areas of the organization. I have been unable to get anyone to service the set, get anyone to return calls, or get any answer whatsoever about getting the set repaired. They know they have ripped me off and refuse to provide any assistance.
I have talked to the service department, service manager, store manager, customer service, and a number of rrepresentatives. Each one says we will do it and will call you back, then they never do, and nothing gets done.
