After I placed an order online for merchandise from eSelling Consultants Inc., I realized that I accidently ordered an item that was the wrong color. I immediately attempted to contact this company's customer service department by phone to cancel this order and refund my account, but only got through to their voice mail. I left multiple messages on their customer service voice mail and replied multiple time to their email order cofirmation. It has been well over a week since the purchase and I still haven't received a reply addressing this concern.
