Beware of using the Supercomm Retailer for your AT&T cell phone purchases, as they do not follow the company's policies that they represent on the 30 day return policy. We tried to return our 3 cell phones within 7 days because they did not have a very good reception at all, at the AT&T supercomm reatiler at the Citrus Mall in Tampa. What a fiasco. We were told that if we tried to cancel we would have to pay 20% restocking fee of now the full price for each phone, ($500) as we only got the phones at a discount due to signing the 2 yr contract; in addition also $350 per phone early cancellation fee. They look for every littel scratch, and if there is one they will not let you return it at all. I ended up just upgrading one phone and paying the difference and the other 2 are in their box. But it does not end there, because they "thought" I would cancel the lines they blocked my visa account at the tune of $693, while I was out of town. I tried to have them remove the block and eventually had to visit a local branch and talk to the bank manager to remove the block. What they say is not what they do. I am reporting them to my states Attorney Generals Office for deceptive sales practices, and Consumer Complaints agencies.
So do not fool with these folks, read read read the fine print, because they will not honor what they sell. Worse of all, AT&T said their hands were tied, because they are third party and make thier own rules. Had I used their own store, I would have no problem returning the phones. I suggested they remove the orange AT&T logos etc as I thought I was with AT&T which I have done great business with for years. So beware shopper.
