I purchased a brand new apple apple bluetooth keyboard from Irvine International. It was supposedly shipped on 8/1. It arrived on 8/13 after paying 10 dollars for shipping. USPS's web site says 7 dollars should have had this product in my hand in 2 days.
The item arrived in a box stating it was a refurbished or floor model item.
