Ripoff! Shipped ground not 1 to 2 business days. Won't refund the difference

Store sent me a reconditioned camera instead of a new factory sealed unit. I paid for 1 to 2 days shipping and they sent it ground. Camera was broken when I received it and they changed out their web site so I could not use the account I set up. Do not buy anything off the web from them.
