Purchase the Box using a cashiers check. Purchased 999 channel descrambler"phoenix" Found out the date of manufacture was 2002!! (Is it really new?) Product did not match what person on phone said it could do. The speaker outlets had terrible quality (surging sounds) The picture quality was poor. I get better picture just hooked up to my t.V. They overprice the shipping. Still trying to get a refund. 15 day refund policy is bogus. No invoice numbers are issued. Will not respond to our e-mail for a refund number. Shipped back product and no refund issued. Lost all my money!!!
