I bought a phone from my friend and it needed some work done because it was broken. My daugther really wanted this type of phone so I decided to try having it fixed. I went to cellular 9 one one, they were very friendly and told me that they could have the phone fixed in a day or two with no problems. The cost to fix the phone was $80 this phone was a $300 phone so I went ahead and paid the $80 was very happy to have the phone for a daughter.
After a week i decided to call the Cellular 9 one one and check on the status of the phone the owner told me that the he was waiting on part and the phone would ready next week. The following week I called again and the owner told me that the parts got lost in the mail and the phone would ready next week.
It has been three months and the owner still has been making up lies to keep the phone and money. This week a worker at the store told me the phone was not done becasue the owner was in jail on false charges and therfore was unable to work on it. I asked for the phone and money back and I was told the companies checking account does not have enough funds to gives the back to me and the phone is not at the store.
Never, Never do business with this company.
