Unauthorized charges on my bill for 18 months, over and over and ove

Although I eventually get the multitude of problems resolved EVENTUALLY, every other month I scan my Spint phone bill only to discover ANOTHER unauthorized charge for services I did not order, want or use. I was assured back in April that none of my three phone lines would have internet access or picture mail. I opened my bill a couple months later to dicsover my daughters line was accessing the internet.

I called to get the service 'blocked' again and was told that "well, if you access it three times it will lift the block..." I said "Well then what does 'permanently blocked' mean when I say I want it blocked? He said "We can block block it, they just didn't do it right in April..." then he does SOMEthing, I have no idea what and I am waiting, waiting, waiting... I finally say, "Are you there?" He says "yes" I say "Are you done?" This was literally 10 minutes later, he says "Yes" I say "You didn't say anything, you've been finished this whole time?"

He said "Yes I was waiting for you" WAITING FOR ME TO WHAT? Grow wings? I was so frusterated at his smart-alleck attitude and dislike for the customer that was paying his salary I wanted to spit fire. I got a call from a very nice Customer Service Rep after leaving very bad responses on the call that interupted my day to see how my service was, an automated system of course. I told her everything and she said they simply did not block the internet the first time and they guy I spoke to had not clue what he was talking about.

This has happened OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Once I had 6 months worth of bills in black and white showing the charges that I was overcharged. The rep said she can only refund 3 months, 'that's policy'. I said clearly it was a duplicate charge. Didn't matter. I AGAIN had to talk to 'upper managment'. My BIG QUESTION, HOW MANY OTHERS ARE PAYING FOR THINGS THEY DIDN'T ORDER AND DON'T KNOW IT? Oh yeah, then after every problem, someone from India calls to tell me I am eligible for a phone upgrade, which in turn lengthens my contract. No thank you.
