I just don't know where to begin. The price I pay every month is different the only way I can get a consistant price is If I complain every month for about 6 months straight then it will stay the same for about 6 months before it starts to fluctuate AGAIN.

Just to let you know a few things this is not about going over our minutes and it is not about calling information or using the internet (I have more on that later) and we have unlimited text messages. So what the heck are all these fluctuations. Well I can go back over the bills and it would probably give you a better understanding but I don't have the time at the moment.

Most of our problems started right off the bat because we had so little knowledge of cell services my wife decided to visit the sprint store on her phone and downloaded a couple of ringtones at a few mere penny's or whatever they SAY they are charging for them, well we found out real quick that this was an internet feature and we ended up paying several dollars for the ringtone (they like to call it data charges). When they state the price of the ringtone they know the size of the ringtone or file and should tell you there will be an additional x amount of data usage and the total will be X amount after all they know who is calling and they know if you have a data plan and they know if your data plan has been exceeded. O.K. Well maybe she overlooked something (I don't think she did because I took a look at the store myself) this was quite sometime ago and I called them, after a number of calls and complaints they were removevd and I told them to cancel the internet on our phones, block it PERIOD. Well that didn't happen for a while and occasionally one of us would hit a stupid button and off it would go so I would have to spend several hours of my time dealing with these idiots to have it removed. Finally they blocked us from using that service (the internet) THANK YOU I thought. Until I decided to upgrade my phone to one with WI-Fi for obvious purposes (yes using the internet at hot spots or at home for free) well little did I know that they reactivated the sprint internet service and that started another long list of charges that I had to spend hours fighting and after several months I was finally able to get them to block the internet again.

My time is worth a lot to me and I think they should be billed accordingly yet the most they have done is give me a small employee discount for a few months and yes they managed to keep my bill the same for about 6 months.

Well my wife pays the bills so I don't see them very often and recently I looked at our sprint bill and realized that it has been going up and down for the last 8-10 months. Well I asked my wife and she just shrugged, so on the phone I go and Sprint politely informs me that they will only go back for 3 months, I understand that this is the same for many companies. So after a number of calls and arguing my point they decided to remove the 411 charges as well as the text message charges to Guatemala. They wanted to say that we had to have sent them... Can anyone tell me how to text a Guatemalan address because I have no idea isn't there some international code you have to input or something? Well for the last couple of months things are back to where they were, and yes I am just going to have to take the time to look at the bill every month untill I get out of this stupid contract.

I am actually waiting for a new phone to hit the market and when they roll it out to one of the other companies besides Sprint (yes Sprint just released it) I will be relocating fees or no fees. I read an article (I think it was in 2007) about Sprint dropping complainers and it is just to bad I wasn't one of them.

I am using a businesses services and they tell me that the price will be a certain price I expect to pay that price and if I sign a contract with them and they break that contract or provide insuffuicient services then the contract should be considered null and void, they broke it not me they should pay the fees to me not the other way around. Isn't that the way most business is conducted?

Well my wife and I have been looking for a new carrier I am just not sure who if anyone will be able to provide better service I am pretty sure we will take it month to month from here on even if I have to pay full price for that new pocket P.C.
