I wish I had known about this website before odering a cell phone from Cellular Blowout.com I would never had any dealings with them whatever.

I received a cell phone from your company, but you have sent me the wrong one, I ordered an unlocked LG CU500 for which I paid $129.95 plus DHL Courier charges of $23.02, but you have sent me an LG CG300 which costs $79.99 and is locked to cingular network which is useless to me as I live in Canada and cingular network does not work here, it is a much cheaper substitute than the more expensive cell phone I ordered, I have had to wait 3 weeks for a cell phone and then you send me the wrong one, when I ordered on Jun 30 was told LG CU500 was in stock, than on Jul 08 I received an email from your company saying due to overwhelming customer response this cell phone was on backorder and for my inconvenience I was being offered a free car charger which of course I also have not received, I have tried calling your 818 889-1789 phone number and leaving messages none of which have been returned, I have also sent customer service tickets through your website but again no response, this LG CG300 cell phone is not what I ordered and hopefully this can be resolved through the paypal resolution centre as I am not a satisfied customer and for a company that states "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" on their website I find this very hard to believe when you can't even get a hold of a live person to deal with... Your prompt attention in this matter would certainly be appreciated... Requesting a full refund
