The people at virgin mobile are illiterate they do not answer your questions or ever fix the situation. It all started because I had the $39.99 a month plan that i was suppost to be able to top up to pay for, well they started charging my credit card for the monthly payment so I called them and they said it was a one time charge. I called my credit card company and told them not to allow any more charges from virgin mobile since I already had a balance on my phone for $50.00.
Well the next month they tried to do it again and when I called customer service they said my account had been suspended because they could not charge the credit card (well of course they couldn't because I told the credit card company not to let them) I told them that I had already been over this last month and it was suppost to be taken care of I had $50.00 in top up money sitting on my phone!
Well then after calling and talking to about 20 different people and getting hung up on numerous times they wanted me to send a copy of drivers licences, credit card statements, and the credit card. I sent all of the information (not really trusting them with all that info.) and a month later the phone is still not on I have talked to supervisors and everyone in between I am at the point where I am ready to sue them for all the time, hassle and money I have wasted on them.
