I purchased a Samsung window air conditioner, Model AWO6ECB7XAA, from Lowes on October 23. I paid extra for an extended protection plan.

Seven months later I called the Samsung number, 1-888-775-6937 to report that it was not emitting cold air.

Their local authorized service dealer, Class Appliance Center, picked it up for repair on May 10. After keeping it for 7 weeks and three days, it was delivered and installed back into my window on July 2.

Same problem as before - - - no cold air. The delivery person, took it back to Class Appliance Center for more work.

Why was I not offered a new replacement unit?
