The representative called and said Broadview just won a contract and is representing Verizon. Promised that verizon would still be my carrier but that they would be doing the billing. Sounded like it could save us some $ so I agreed to their service.
Couple of days later my phone was turned off, couple of phone calls to verizon and then to broadview resolved only one question, that I was scammed.
No phone service for an entire day (we run a business that depends on phone calls and faxes)
Couple more phone calls and still no service. Switched back to Verizon.
