They sent me a phone that did'nt work properly and than it just went dead no screen

The phone i bought from ebay under another name of catfishsupply co the phone never worked right from the begining and now the screen went blank and i cant find the dealer who called himself catfish supply co, now i'm stuck with a razor v3 that aint work a crap i've used it less than 1000 min. Total
