After ordering an HD Videocamcorder, I received a call from Broadway Photo, with the clear intention of increasing the purchase amount. He stated if I bought a larger battery, I would get a quich charger, so I wouldn't have to charge from the camera itself. This quick charger never arrived. I emailed the company concerning this issue and to date (1 week later) still have not heard a response.
