I've been looking for out ways to get my Ultrex cookware changed that we also bought from HSN, but after reading all the additional grievances published here, I suppose it is a lost cause. I also concur that a-class action match such be positioned against people who falsely guaranteed these pans and pots were warrantied for 55-75 years.
