These people are ridiculous. First I had to deal with the nasty Ghetto superstar who calls herself Ms. Jackson. WHo called at all times of the day and night and on Sundays. She didnt care. When I asked her if she knew what time it was she replied very nastily "Well this is the time that I work" its really risiculous that these kinds of people thrive on harrassing individuals.
I understand that I do have a debt with Sprint PCS, however, they added eroneous charges to my bill and instead of dealing directly with me to show proof they sent my account to this joke of an institution. The people that I have come across there are all extrememly rude. They could care less about the way they talk to you, how much the harrass you, they dont make note fo arrangments.
They send 1000 letters in a week with the same information on them but expect you to be nice when they call at all hours of the dany and night. There is only supposed to be 1 call made if they speak with the consumer but instead they call and spek to the consumer, then they have you on random calling and call 5-6 more times per day. Its ricidulous. Just because a bill is in collection status doesnt give them any right at all to harrass people. If they continue to do so I will also be reporting them.
