They took my money and dont want to give it back

I ordered a laptop from bluehippo and i tryed to cancel my order and they wont give me my money back after they told me i could get it back when i canceled my order now they jacked me for $224.00 that they took out my account and i cant get it back then they told me there is no upper mangment to talk to abour the situation
