For nine months I have tried to get my refund back from BlueHippo. On the 1/24/08 BlueHippo debit $99.00 from my personal account for a downpayment on a Dell computer, five days before they debit my account I canceled my order over the phone with a specialist. She told me that they would not debit my account because I canceled my order in time.
They still debit my account and for nine months I have tried to get my refund of $99.00 back from this company. I have tried calling, and I still cannot get my money back.
