Ben Kock under the internet name of "skerz" posted items for sale on www.reefcentral.com The item of interest to me was a PFO 250w HQI magnetic ballast. He posted pictures of the actual equipment and was very pleasant till he got my money for the ballast. At that point he went underground and I never heard from again.
