Sells defective goods and refuses to replace, refund, or contact customer

This man sold us a 1000W HPS grow light containing ballast w / 3 year warranty, reflector, socket, and lamp. Several weeks after we received the system, it malfunctioned.

We called the owner, Mike, and explained that the system malfunctioned. He sent us a part for the ballast, and told us that he believed that the part would fix the problem and that opening the ballast would not void the warranty. We replaced the part and the system worked for approximately 10 days, after which, it malfunctioned again. It would not turn on. It was useless.

We contacted Mike again. He told us that he would send us a replacement system. He never sent it. We have made numerous attempts to contact him with no response. We filed a complaint against him with the BBB, which went nowhere, because he is not a member of the BBB.

Now this man has our money, and we have nothing to show for what we spent. We lost thousands of dollars in income due to this equipment being defective. We wanted to warn other unknowing people against purchasing products from Inside Sun.
