We went into the International Mall in Tampa where the salersman at the kiosk sold us a plan for our entire family - unlimited calls etc for 199# plus 45 for additional lines and changed one of the existing lines to a new sim card. The ywere to send the sim card out the next day (that never happenned) and it turns out the plan they sold - doesn't exits with t-mobile! Ther eare charges on the siomm card fopr useage - we never received that card!
