Hello my name is Pastor Robert Fisher and by being a Pastor I use to buy a lot of goods from Radio Shack that is intill I paid 79.95 plus tax and 39,95 for extra warnty for a three dir. Phone.
The first one quit working in three weeks (Three year warnty) they gave me a nother one.
It also went out but it did last eight weeks.
I took it back there was a defrent Manager one I call a (rud dud) He say they did not have any in the store and that thay could not fix it because it was to old (12 weeks) to old?
I told Him that I was told that if I bought the three year warnty that they would fix this unit.
So He took the unit and told me to come back the next day.
I did went back and was told that they lost the unit.
I could not get a nother unit or my money back.
He gave me a singel dir. And said best of luck and walk away.
Now I tell every one my story and I also tell them to go to Odd lots your not out all that money and if it don't work they will replace it or give you your money back.
