After buying an rca tv on 10/9/06, I still dont have the tv, the warranty co. Which is tomson consumer relations has a new excuse every time i call them and they continue to lie and tell us something different every time. We are in the process of trying to get our money back but as usual every time I call they give us a new case number (5 so far) and do nothing to help. This tv has not worked right since day 1 and until I get this resolved I will notify every possible organization how bad of an experience I have had with rca and will recomend and allready have to anyone that rca corporation has no service after sale and I will never buy another rca product as long as Ilive. I wrote a letter to rca because no one could seem to find a phone # so I could explain my story. They never responded. Obviously they dont care
