Sprint Customer Service is the worst customer service of any company. Ever. 12 hours of hold time the first week I HAD Sprint

I signed up for Sprint in October. At the time they had a web deal for the Fusic phone which my husband ordered to be free. I paid for the Katana 2 for 79.99. We got our phones a week later and immediately upon opening and assembling, my husbands phone froze and wouldn't work.

Incidently I had just had twins the day before so I was in the hospital. I called Sprint to complain and thus begun my horrible time with this awful company. The Corporate store said since we ordered the phones online, we'd only get a replacement by sending it back. So we did.

We called and let them know it was coming back. They said okay but didn't say much about the replacement phone. When I called back a few hours later to make sure that they knew we wanted the same phone, they said they didn't have anymore. That I couldn't order online because we'd have to sign up for another line.

They import all their REPS overseas. You will have a hard time getting a properly ENGLISH speaking employee. This is a huge problem for communication. Eventually we got to the point where we were going to get a cheap phone that my husband didn't want because they weren't going to send us a fusic. They were 'out' and not getting them back in. (Even though in December they had them on sale again 1.5 months later). Back that first week I spoke to a manager who understood the situation, seemed sympathetic, and forwarded me onward to sales with a promise of a new FUSIC phone not the cheap m300. (they love to pass you on to someone else to make you hold for sometimes up to an HOUR or more).

By this time I had logged 12 hours on hold with Sprint. It was horrible. It was the first week of my babies lives and all I will remember is breaking down on that 12th hour throwing stuff across the room, not understanding the people I was talking to, and eventually, yes settling SETTLING for the m300 because my husband saw that I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

Now you have 30 days to get rid of your service if you dont like it or have a problem with the billing. BUT they don't send you your bill until 35 days which unfortunately was WAY OFF and I had to call again, put on hold, fight, try to understand the employees, etc.

Sprint has been the most miserable service I have ever had. With any company for any product and service. I will never forgive them for the rudeness, the blatant disregard for ethics, etc.

They are truly horrible.
