I purchased an unlocked Motorola V3 Razr. When the package arrived, it looked like something from a flea market. Box was scoffed around edges, inside several items were not in plastic wrap (the empty plastic wrap was in there also).
Merchandise defective:
1) Phone sometimes recognizes T-mobile network, then no service available (we are in a strong Tmobile area).
2) Battery will not charge. Have to keep plugged in to wall outlet to use it on the rare instances it recognizes a network.
Cellular-blowout customer 'service' is useless. They refuse to accept return.
Now I'm going to try to fight them via credit card company.
These guys are a scam. Please don't buy from them!
