I purchased an item from www.Upgrademaster.com, and returned it within the same week. The online "Warranty" policy states that a customer has 10 days to return an item once a RMA is issued OR a 15% restock fee applies. My return was within the 10 period, but they still charged me a 15% restocking fee. When I called Portable Components (www.upgrademaster.com) a customer service rep. Stated they changed their policy, but forgot to update their web site. I called on a few occasions, and was told a manager would call me back, however I never heard from Portable Components again.
