Went to buy advertised Toshiba laptop for $449. Was told not available but had some with additional software installed on them for $499.
After purchase found that software for Word office that was installed was for trial only. Will now have to pay additional $150 or more (up to $600) for the software to use for writing letters.
When I asked Best Buy why there was only a trial software for Word, when it wouldn't take any more to install the total program, they said it was Toshibas fault. IF that is the case, I should have been warned about buying Toshiba by Best Buy. All computers I have purchased in the past ALWAYS included the total Word or Word Perfect program.
