Sears Master Protection Agreement
I had to wait over 30 days to get my tv repaired, and three weeks the time before that Tyle

As i reported earlyer i had my tv go out and called for it to be repaired, the guy came out but he had to order a part for it that was 11/27/07. I later find out that the part is on backorder and wouldn't arrive until 12/31/07 so i called and called to no avail, and finally it arrived on 1/04/08 and the repairman came out on 1/08/08 and installed it. Everything worked fine until later that night the tv went back out so i unplugged it for while and turned it back on it worked for a few minutes then went out again. So i unplugged overnight and now the tv is working fine for now, i contacted sears to let the know but as usual nothing they can do until it goes out again. This is the second time its been worked on but my aggreement states it has to be worked on at lease two more times before i can get a replacement, could you imagine how horriable that would be after what i've been throught already.
