I am an armed guard working in a Cricket Wireless and I AM NOT A Customer. I observe day in and day out the problems customers have with this company. First of all you should ask why a wireless retail outlet has ARMED Guards. It is because the customers that cricket targets are ones that cannot pay the bills in the first place or unable to get a phone elsewhere. Now there are times when the customer is in the wrong such as not reading the insurance form that they recieve when they put insurance on the phone they purchase. There is a deductible for every phone they sale and that can range from $35 to $85. Customers do not read the back of the reciept which states that there is a 30day or 30 minute return policy and cricket counts on this oversight. Also in the brochure that is in all stores it states that they can give you either a new or a REfurbished phone (You do not get the choice). Then there are the FEES that the customers NEver read when purchasing a phone from Cricket. Payment fess of between $2 and $5. Want a record of calls $25 change of phone number $10 and a dozen others. An all of these things are non-refundable. The store displays are full of small print. Please take the time to ask questions. Now the reason for an armed guard. #1 The wait is very long because most people are not there for just buying or paying bills, they are havin problems with phones or bills. There is no line just for paying your bill. If it 1st of the month your wait will be 45 minutes or longer and you get to pay $3 for the privlige of standing in that line. #2 Customers get upset and start hollering at the Sales reps and if that person hollers in a "dangerous manner" you will be asked to leave and if you say no then you get to meet me. I am not there to take sides I am there to take you out of the store or call the police. So I implore people with means to go to another store there are alot of strings attached to that unlimited phone use. I do not work for Cricket I work for the security company. Thanks for your time
