I read Sandra's (from Bluewell WV) frustrating complaint and can relate. I was on Pogo.com playing a game when it knocked me off with a message I needed to pay. I paid as I could not remember when I paid last at that time, though I THOUGHT it was a bit early. Later I went throut my files and found that I was paid up until June. I paid again Jan. 15, 6 months before.
I contacted them and kept getting the same response - finally got a response asking for my last 8-digits to my credit card, which I supplied. Got an answer that they investigated and my account is working fine - that I cancelled it on Jan. 15, but will remain active until the next subscription date of June.
I emailed the SEVENTH TIME that I did NOT cancel - I PAID that day and need a refund. I replied to their email. Then, to be safe, I went into their site (which came up fine) and tried to go to MY STUFF and then HELP and both were in size 1 or 2 font so you can't even read it.
I tried finding a phone number (how Sandra got it, I don't know). It seems to be a carefully guarded secret.
I am going to try to call them and hope I get satisfaction.
This is getting ridiculous! Never deal with anyone who does not supply a phone number and physical address!
As for this site, HOW does one put this topic in a category when NONE FITS?
