My club pogo account was blocked about 2 months after another years subscription was charged to my credit card. For 6 days i emailed them daily asking why and received no response. After 6 days i finally got a response saying I was cancelled due to the use of an auto program.
I have never used an auto program and have no idea how to use one. When i e-mailed them and explained this, i asked for proof. They said they are not required to show proof, and the account would remain blocked.
