Toshiba 43" big screen TV purchased from hhGreg 12/00. Didn't work after 2 weeks. Repair man couldn't fix, they replace TV 1/01.
7/02 it breaks agin. Service Center in Columbus OH sends out repairman. Called after 2 weeks, they say repairman didn't order parts, will order now. Another week, no parts ordered, must repair in shop. Pick up TV on 8/22.
I have called and called which has been a BIG waste of time. Service center refers me to Manufacturer who says "Give us another 30 days. Do not call again until that time has passed"
Guess What? Your time is up and I am one pissed-off dissatisfied customer! 4 months and counting. Did you re-sell my TV?
