During The Holidays in my wife and I decided to give each other some MP4, so we saw a great deal at the Deals Direct page, compared prices and went ahead to buy them. When received we paid to the UPS guy as asked, in a money order ($136.98). Later we opened them away from the children. To our surprise first it was not the correct merchandise, they were meant to be 4 GB MP4, and we got these phony looking mp4 of 2GB. When opened and tried to see if they worked it's battery never charged completely, turning of after trying to at least listen to FM radio. We called, emailed numerous times, but never got a response. We want more than getting our money back, to put a stop to this fraud. We can't afford to have extortionist playing around, stealing from people.
