I would like to know how can we older customers stop Direct TV from going up on our selected package deals coming Feb. 2010? Direct TV is offereing us older customers nothing but higher rates.
They have all these new deals for new customer. We older customer will be paying more come Feb. 2010 with no deals for us.
I want to know what other company can I go to. This is not fair.
