In reply to an add on A1NutritionProducts, on March 13 I purchased 3 bottles of Cinnergen for a total of $53.94. On March 17 I was told the product was out of stock and I would be placed on back order for 1-2 weeks.
On April 7, I was told items were still out of stock and I agree to be placed on back order. This was repeated on April 29.
May 1 I requested a full refund by e-mail and received no response. Today I called the company and was switched from one voice recording to another.
I'm afraid that, because this is a small amount of money to most people, this company will be able to keep it and I'll never see it again or the product.
