Want I'd see the grievances about H H Gregg BEFORE I visited the shop. I bought a variety from HH Gregg simply because they ASSURED to defeat other peopleis cost. They did, by $10! Nevertheless, given that they offered me the number in a "discount", I'd to cover shipping ($59). There have been no shipping costs for acquisitions over $499. Our variety was listed over $499, but with my "low cost promise", the buying price of the number was less than $499 despite the fact that THE ACTUAL cost was over $499. Again, I'd to pay for shipping costs today. I considered walking away after I was informed that, and I WILL HAVE. Since I have was in serious need of the variety and am handicapped and not able to perform a large amount of looking around, I reluctantly decided to the shipping cost. It was said to be a 'LUXURIOUS SHIPPING". Exactly what a LAUGH! The shipping was designed to contain shipping of the brand new appliance, elimination of the previous appliance, set up, screening all models and range, leveling of stove, etc. Once The deliverymen (3 of subsequently) came, they'd it simple to start with, because they didn't need to take away the previous stove, when I had previously gotten gone it. They hurried in using the new range, ripped the recording down, set the time and experimented with abandon. I quit them asking: are not you likely to degree the range? I had been informed that it "possibly did not require progressing". Just how can they SUPPOSE that??? Reluctantly, they went towards the vehicle and introduced their degree directly into please me. You know what? The range was not degree!!! Suppose! Once they completed, the range today go about 1 1/2 inches higher than my counter. NOT attempting to request anymore "PREFERS" when it comes to the shipping and danger the opportunity of creating 3 males upset with me, I allow them continue their approach. Once they quit, I named the shop and stated I needed my delivery costs returned, as there is NO MEANS they might contact that the LUXURIOUS SHIPPING!!! I requested to talk to the store-manager, but was informed they'd have him contact me back. Alternatively, somebody in the factory called me back. I told him my tale concerning the horrible shipping and also the proven fact that I did so NOT get what I settled for. He explained he "recognized" and might examine and contact me back. You know what??? I am STILL awaiting the telephone phone. Never again. I'd rather store elsewhere and spend a bit more than to become "required" with a shop that undoubtedly cares nothing about client satisfaction!!!
