Now for 3 months Sprint has been billing me the wrong plan regardless of my numerous calls. I called Oct 20 to have the plans changed and now as of today, I am stilling being billed the old plan though the new plan is shown as in force when I look at acount on the web.
I have been overbilled by $700 so far and climbing. On my last call, as usual, after being transferred 3 times, they pretended to transfer me again and hung up on me. This company is a disaster. The call center is obviously out of the country and no one understands how to do anything.
