Ordered a Canon G9 camera from them, great price, could not pass it up! Got an e-mail to contact their Verification department at 1-800-815-2040 Ext 203 Steve so they could verify and complete processing my order.
This is when it started. I was congratulated on picking such a fine piece of equiptment. Then I was told that the camera did not come with a battery! I was at work, and thought that not to be true, but even with the additional $70, the price was still waybelow what anyone else had the same camera for, so I said ok. Then I was told the camera would only work with a ultra high speed SD card... So I stopped Steve, and said I would call him back. I then called Canon, asked if this camera should always come with a battery, and of course was told yes. I asked then if I had to use an ultra high speed SD card and was told no, any would work, but at least a high speed SD card with fairly high memory was best.By the time I had finished my call to Canon, I recieved a e-mail telling me the camera I had ordered and would be to me in two days was now on back order, and would be 3-4 weeks. I cancelled my order.
