Cellular Blowout
Canceled my order but did not recieve my money back since 6 weeks

I ordered a cell phone from Cellular Blowout's website. Then I changed my mind, called and emailed them and canceled the order. It something around $650.

It had been more than 6 weeks. I still did not received my money back. I also cannot get in touch with them anyhow. They do not reply my e-mails, they do not answer their phones, I leave them voice messages but they do not call me back.

I do not know how will I get my money back.
