I sent a speaker of mine to get repaired by High Tech and when it was returned to me it was badly damaged. I called High Tech to let them know what had happened. They said they received it like that which is not true I have pictures to prove it and if it was damaged during shipping some one should have called and let me know before they began the repairs but they didn't. They told me to send the speaker back and they would file a claim with UPS and once they received the insurance money they would send me a new speaker.
I called UPS they sent High Tech a check for the damages about a month ago. I have been calling High Tech every day to find out when I am going to get my speaker and they keep blowing me off and telling me lies I have recorded conversations of them telling me that they are sending it swearing at me and telling me to stop calling but the weeks just keep going by and I haven't received anything and now they won't even return any of my phone calls. I even sent an E-Mail to the President of the company and he did not reply.
As of now I am out 300 dollars they got paid and I got ripped off. This company has the worst customer service I ever had to deal with not to mention they are rude and unprofessional. I am now forced to try to settle this in court.
